Robot and FrankAn aging semi-ex-con named Frank, played by Frank Langella, is forced to live under the supervision of a health care robot. That’s the premise of Robot & Frank (a very accurate title). It’s a fun concept and an almost equally as fun film. It isn’t amazing, as it suffers from a mild case of flatness (you may find your mind wandering at points), and I wasn’t a big fan of Liv Tyler’s performance, but it is nicely layered and offers a sizable dose of entertainment. It’s fairly short and sweet, but it needed a little more fizz.

Verdict: Rent It
