The PaperboyI think I have found the movie that takes the prize as being the worst I’ve seen of 2012. Sure, there was a lot of absolute drivel that came out, but nothing was as disjointed, as discomforting, and as hilariously awful as The Paperboy. The story was just a mess. Sure there was some form of backbone, but every few minutes some new element would be brought up, usually out of thin air, and then summarily it would vanish. The acting was mostly atrocious, but that’s partially because the writing was just dreadful. Oh, and it was also nauseatingly artsy.

Verdict: Forget It
