- Third-Person Adventure
Ubisoft must have partnered up with Old Spice recently (or vice versa, I suppose), because this whole Mr. Wolfdog thing couldn’t be better timed. The start of the scent company’s latest marketing campaign almost directly coincided with the launch of a trailer by Ubisoft today, showcasing the “wolf powers” that Connor/Ratonhnhaké:ton uses to face off against King Washington’s army in The Betrayal, the second episode of the The Tyranny of King Washington episodic content packs for Assassin’s Creed III. Of course, we can’t just publish the trailer here (as we’ve already mentioned countless times), since it’s an M rated game. So you’ll just have to make do with watching on someone else’s non-age gated YouTube channel (let’s go with… Machinima today).
The powers include a cloaking ability, so you can sneak up on enemies, and a “Wolf Pack” ability that lets you unleash a, well, pack of wolves (with cloaking powers of their own, no less) upon your foes. Once again, you can watch the trailer by clicking the link above. The episodes of The Tyranny of King Washington are available individually, for 800 Microsoft Points/$9.99 each, or are included in your ACIII Season Pass.
