The Loneliest PlanetIf I wanted to be subjected to watching almost two hours of rolling hills and rocky landscapes, I would rather watch a BBC documentary narrated by David Attenborough than a boring art film. Hell, I’d rather be hiking myself than watch The Loneliest Planet, and there would probably be more dialogue too. Sure, I only watched the first forty minutes, but by that point nothing had happened, no story, character progression or even the semblance of a setup to something. And if nothing happens by almost halfway through, I can’t be bothered, no matter how stunning the backdrop is.

Verdict: Forget It
