- Xbox 360
Pulling out one last chance to get your hard earned cash before the holidays, Microsoft and Turn 10 Studios announced today the upcoming release of what should be the last Forza Horizon expansion pack of the year. Hitting the Xbox Live Marketplace tomorrow, the Rally Expansion Pack brings five iconic… you guessed it, rally cars to the game – the 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STi, 1982 Lancia 037 Stradale, 1992 Ford Escort RS Cosworth, 1992 Toyota Celica GT-Four RC ST185, and 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII MR (I happen to be quite fond of the Impreza and Lancer).
On its own, the pack will run you 1600 Microsoft Points, or it’s included for free as part of the six month Season Pass. Speaking of which, if you do have the Season Pass, you get an bonus car with the pack, a 2003 Ford SVT Focus. The Rally Expansion Pack also includes rally-specific upgrades, including tires, transmissions, and body kits, as well as new Achievements, multiplayer modes and Rally Rival events. You can find out more about the pack here. Finally, the Forza Horizon Season Pass goes for a grand total of 4000 Microsoft Points, which, in case you haven’t been keeping track, is almost as much as a game itself, $50!
