» News: Lock the Vault Door and Baby, Talk Wii U to Me

Yesterday, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment tried to lock me in a vault, and I said, “fine, but I will need a bucket!” Or at least that’s what I imagined might occur when I arrived at One King West Hotel and was led downstairs into a giant vault for the Wii U Game Party.

But how bad could it possibly be to get locked up in there? There were multiple televisions set up inside, with Scribblenauts Unlimited, Game Party Champions, and Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition all ready to play. There were also hors d’oeuvres walking around, and a bar, though it was outside the vault. But drag it past the giant, 4-foot thick steel door, which apparently weighs 40 tonnes but requires only one finger to manipulate, and into the spacious vault, and you’re pretty much set! The only other thing missing was, as mentioned, a bucket.

In terms of the games, I was impressed with the selection, but with a few contentions. However, that will have to wait for tomorrow as I have just about run out of word space. Stay tuned!
