Zombies, robots, and meteors. Oh My!  Doomsday Book features three stories about how the world could end.  Each of these stories has its own twist to the usual tales.  Zombification through  mad cow disease, a robot attempting to reach Nirvana, and a meteor that isn’t what it seems.

The concept is there and the films are all great ideas, but it lacks in action.  For the end of the world, one expects utter chaos, not monologging.  Too much time is spent on talking about why the world is coming to an end instead of watching it all unfold.

Verdict: Forget It
