» DLC: Rock Band Rushes a New Track Pack in Next Week’s Music Store Update

Harmonix announced today that next week’s Rock Band Music Store Update will feature a new three track pack of songs from Canadian progressive rock legends Rush, plus a couple of single tracks from Danish rockers Volbeat and American rock outfit Black Veil Brides. Rush’s latest track pack features Caravan and Pro guitar and bass upgrade compatible versions of The Spirit of Radio (Live) and Fly by Night. The first two of those tracks also feature Keyboard compatibility. The tracks from Volbeat and Black Veil Brides will be A Warrior’s Call and Rebel Love Song respectively. Both of those tracks will be available at half of the regular price for DLC tracks – only $0.99 USD/£0.59 UK/€0.79 EU/80 Microsoft Points/100 Wii Points each.
The tracks will be available for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Wii on December 13th, except in Europe, where the PS3 update will be its usual day late. Rush Pack 01 (apparently an album doesn’t count as a “Pack”) will be available for $5.49 USD/£2.49 UK/€3.99 EU/440 Microsoft Points/550 Wii Points. The tracks will also be available individually, for $1.99 USD/£.99 UK/€1.49 EU/160 Microsoft Points/200 Wii Points each, while the Pro upgrade will be its usual $1 USD equivalent per compatible song.
