While we were away for the long weekend, Harmonix announced that today’s Rock Band Music Store Update will feature the addition of more tracks from Roy Orbison and KISS. In celebration/promotion of Orbison’s 75th birthday and the recently released Roy Orbison: The Monument Singles Collection, Rock Band will get his tracks Blue Bayou, Dream Baby (How Long Must I Dream) and a Pro guitar and bass compatible version of Only the Lonely (Know the Way I Feel). Also coming are KISS’ Strutter (Live) and a Pro guitar and bass compatible version of Rock and Roll All Nite (Live).

The tracks are available now for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Wii, except in Europe, where the PS3 update will be tomorrow. The three Orbison tracks are available in a pack called the Roy Orbison: 75th Birthday Pack, available for $5.49 USD/£2.49 UK/€3.99 EU/440 Microsoft Points/550 Wii Points. All tracks are also available individually, for their usual $2 USD equivalent each, while the Pro guitar and bass upgrade is available for its usual $0.99 USD equivalent per compatible song. I hope you had a great long weekend, and that Nathan’s Easter story didn’t freak you out too much.
