Sometimes it seems like Nathan’s got all the luck. While L.E. may have had a lengthy and nightmarish experience getting his Microsoft Points card redeemed with help from Xbox Live Support, Nathan had a pleasant, if not wonderful experience with Disney’s phone support. L.E.’s not jealous though. He is quite happy for Nathan. Lucky, lucky Nathan… Here are the details.
