There are only two major gripes I had with Adam, a movie about a relationship between a guy with Asperger syndrome and a school teacher. First, I wasn’t too thrilled with Rose Byrne, for I didn’t find her to be particularly good. Second, I can see why the side plot was necessary, but there was way too much emphasis put on it. Aside from these points, it was a beautiful movie. Hugh Dancy’s character inspired tears, but left me smiling in adoration. If the issues listed above weren’t as prevalent as they were, I would tell you to buy it.

Verdict: Rent It
